Role Description
The Call Agent role is a full-time position based in Delhi, India, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows for some work-from-home flexibility. The Call Agent will handle inbound and outbound calls with entrepreneurs, business leaders, and partners to gather information, schedule interviews, and provide support related to media features and content projects. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call logs and records, updating internal databases, following call scripts and communication guidelines,



and escalating complex queries to the appropriate team members. The Call Agent will collaborate closely with editorial and operations teams to ensure accurate information flow, timely follow-ups, and a professional experience for all contacts. The role requires consistent attendance, effective time management, and adherence to company communication standards.
