Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end marketing strategy for Helium Wars across user acquisition, brand, content, and community. You will design and run campaigns that attract gamers, convert them into installs, retain them over time, and grow a passionate community around the Helium Wars ecosystem.

This is a builder role.



We want someone who has scaled a product from 0 to 1, thrives on organic community growth, understands hardcore and competitive gaming audiences, and can move fluidly between performance marketing, content, influencers, events, and live community management. You will be measured on traction — installs, engagement, and industry-standard retention metrics (D1, D7, D30).

Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the overall marketing strategy across social, content, performance ads, influencers, community, events, and partnerships.
- Drive game downloads and installs on the Epic Games Store, Steam, and other relevant storefronts, optimizing the funnel from awareness to install to activation.
- Build and scale the Helium Wars community organically across Discord, Telegram, X, and other relevant platforms, turning players into advocates.
