Role Description
As a Senior UI UX Designer at Push Digital Ad Agency, you will lead the design of user-centered digital experiences for web and mobile products. This full-time, on-site role in Chennai involves collaborating closely with strategists, developers, and marketing teams to translate business goals and user needs into intuitive interfaces and workflows. You will conduct user research, create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, and refine designs based on feedback and usability insights.



Daily responsibilities include defining design systems, ensuring visual consistency, guiding junior designers, and partnering with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. You will also contribute to design reviews, maintain documentation, and continuously improve the agency’s design standards and processes.

Qualifications
- Robust visual design skills, including layout, typography, and color theory.
- Proficiency in user interface design and the creation of detailed mockups and prototypes.
- Deep understanding of user experience (UX) principles, user journeys, and interaction design.
- Working knowledge of front-end development concepts to collaborate effectively with engineers.
