Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for domestic and international holiday packages.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings by providing excellent customer service and effective sales consultation.
- Promote holiday packages, flights, hotels, cruises, visas, and other travel-related services.
- Build strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and professional communication.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless booking experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales updates in the CRM system.
