As a Salesforce Technical Lead at Tavant Technologies, he will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored to client needs. He will work closely with project stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions. His role will include both hands-on technical work and mentoring junior developers in best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical design sessions and contribute to architectural discussions
- Develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems through APIs and connectors
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
- Assist in the deployment process and manage environment configurations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with business analysts to translate business requirements into technical specifications




- Provide training and support to end-users and project stakeholders
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and trends

Skills and Tools Required:
- Strong experience with Salesforce platform and its various products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning development
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and best practices
- Familiarity with Salesforce development tools like Data Loader, Workbench, and Salesforce DX
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Developer or Architect are preferred.
