Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of engineering materials, machinery spare parts, and consumable items for our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing industrial materials, vendor management, price negotiation, and purchase documentation while ensuring timely procurement and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities
- Procure industrial machinery spare parts, valves, pipes, flanges, round bars, bearings, fasteners, and other engineering materials.
- Purchase consumables and production-related materials as per departmental requirements.
- Source current suppliers and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate commercial terms, and issue purchase orders.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials to support uninterrupted production.
- Prepare and maintain purchase documents,



including Quotations, Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and invoices.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with production, stores, quality, and accounts departments for smooth procurement activities.
- Track pending purchase orders and follow up with suppliers for timely deliveries.
- Prepare procurement reports and maintain records using MS Excel.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (Mechanical, Commerce, or Supply Chain background preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in Purchase, Procurement, or Supply Chain within a manufacturing or engineering company.
- Good knowledge of industrial machinery parts and engineering consumables.
- Experience in vendor management and procurement processes.
