Role Description
The International Admission Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for guiding prospective learners through the admissions process for Grow10x.io’s global programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries from international prospects,



conducting consultations to understand their career goals, and advising on suitable programs and learning paths. The role involves managing application pipelines, assisting with documentation and eligibility checks, and coordinating with internal academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. The counselor will maintain accurate records in CRM systems, follow up with leads, and support conversion goals through clear communication and professional counseling. This position also includes participating in webinars, events, and outreach initiatives to promote Grow10x.io’s programs to international audiences.
