Role Description

The (Asst) Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, supporting the establishment and ongoing operations of Victoria University India. The role involves overseeing end-to-end HR functions, including employee recruitment and onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and policy implementation.



The person will develop and maintain people processes, ensure compliance with local labor laws and institutional standards, and support workforce planning for academic and professional staff.

Day-to-day responsibilities include advising managers on people topics, managing employee engagement initiatives, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating training and development programs. The role also requires close collaboration with leadership to build a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with VU’s values.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or HR certification is an advantage.
- *A rounded 2-5 year relevant work-experience should be sufficient. Those tenured above 10yrs or in senior leadership positions kindly do not revert on this*
