Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full life cycle recruiting including direct sourcing activities, preliminary phone interviewing, and negotiation of compensation packages.
- Recruiting through internet job portals combined with utilizing existing candidate relationships and referrals, along with various internet sourcing techniques.
- Screening candidates based on resource managers job description.
- Regular follow up with candidate from first contact till the release of offer letter.
- Coordinate salary expectations, counter offers, benefits and interviews.
- Reference checking for candidate to ensure their authenticity and relevance.
- Good understanding of W2, 1099 and Corp to Corp.
- Responsible for updating job boards.

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:
- Graduate, any IT Graduate or Postgraduate.
- Positive,



flexible & assertive approach.
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written).
- Work independently with minimum supervision in a fast-paced agency workplace.
- Have a knack for learning and staying up to date with new technologies.
- Professional, adaptable, and resilient - able to withstand setbacks and yet apply 100% effort throughout the workday.
- Goal oriented and success driven.
- Advanced computer skills especially MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Highly motivated individual and a quick learner of complex technologies and tools.
- Must have demonstrated ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Willing to work night shifts.
