Job Summary? Develop and execute risk-based internal audit plans per qualified standards.? Lead strategic and operational development of audit& assurance services.? Provide assurance on risk management and internal controls to the Board.?

Assess and report on internal control effectiveness, strategies, and policies. Key Responsibilities? Internal Audit Plan: Develop risk-based audit strategies, ensure documentation, validate external audit consistency, and recommend improvements.? Revenue Assurance& Automation: Implement quality assurance models, automate audits, and support senior management reviews.?

Stakeholder Management: Lead audit closure meetings and provide periodic updates to senior leadership.? Team Management: Offer technical guidance, mentor team members, and support career development.Measures of Success? Identify key risk areas and secure timely IA plan approval by the Audit Committee.? Ensure audit documentation aligns with defined methodology and timelines.?

Outsourced Vendors and Specialized Team MembersDesired qualification and experience? CA with 6-8+ years of auditing experience, preferably in the insurance industry.? Proven ability to manage diverse audit teams, including co-sourced partners.? Strong communication skills for engaging external stakeholders and senior leadership.?

Technical proficiency in audit, assurance, and risk assessment.? Experience in cross-functional projects, contributing to overall success.Key competencies/skills required?
