We are looking for a highly skilled Field Application Specialist (FAS) to join our technical support team in Mumbai. In this role, you will act as the core scientific and technical expert, bridging our cutting-edge In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) hardware and laboratory customers across clinical diagnostics, blood banking, molecular biology, and research labs.

Mandatory Requirements & Skills
- Education: B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech / BCA / MCA in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
- Experience:



3+ years of direct experience as a Field Application Specialist (FAS) or Senior Lab Technologist managing IVD instruments.
- Core Methodologies: Deep hands-on experience with HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography), Immunoassays, and PCR (DNA/RNA Extraction) workflows.
- Instrument Expertise: Solid familiarity or hands-on operational experience with Bio-Rad or similar diagnostic systems (e.g., D10, Variant II, Turbo, Evolis, IH 500, PR4100).
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently across assigned client zones in Mumbai and provide occasional out-of-hours phone support.
