Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchase Data Entry Executive to manage purchase-related documentation and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating Purchase Orders (POs), processing purchase indents, maintaining purchase books, and ensuring accurate data entry for all procurement transactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and on time.
- Receive, verify, and process purchase indents from various departments.
- Maintain and update purchase records and purchase books.
- Record all purchase transactions in the purchase register/book.
- Verify purchase documents, invoices, and supporting records for accuracy.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments regarding purchase documentation.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of all purchase-related records.
- Generate purchase reports as required by management.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and documentation standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce,



Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6-12 months of experience in purchase data entry or purchase administration.

Hands-on experience in:
- Creating Purchase Orders (POs)
- Processing Purchase Indents
- Purchase Book Keeping
- Recording and maintaining Purchase Books/Register
- Purchase documentation and record management
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good knowledge of purchase and procurement processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of inventory and procurement processes.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Strong analytical and record-keeping skills.
- Experience with ERP-based procurement systems is an added advantage.

Timing:-8:30am -5:30pm
