The TechOps Team Lead will play a pivotal role in managing and guiding the technical operations team in India.

Team Leadership and Management - Lead and mentor a team of DevOps, SecOps, Linux Engineers, DBA's, network engineers, and other technical staff.- Develop team goals and objectives in alignment with IT strategies the IT management team sets out.- Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and foster career development.
- Infrastructure Management - Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.- Ensure high availability and acceptable levels of performance of mission-critical resources.
- Incident and Problem Management :- Lead the response to critical incidents, acting as a technical lead during service disruptions.- Ensure root cause analyses are conducted and that the results are used to prevent future incidents.
- Strategic Planning and Optimization - Contribute to the strategy and planning of infrastructure improvements and investments.- Optimise existing infrastructure for cost, performance, and security.
- Security and Compliance - Ensure infrastructure is compliant with relevant industry standards and regulations.- Collaborate with security teams to ensure the organisation's infrastructure is secure and risks are mitigated.
