Role Description
The Quality Assurance Trainee internship is a remote role focused on supporting the quality processes for software products and solutions. Day-to-day tasks include executing test cases, documenting defects, and assisting in validating that software features meet defined requirements and quality standards. The trainee will help maintain test documentation,
contribute to process improvement discussions, and collaborate with development and product teams to understand functional workflows and edge cases. Additional responsibilities may include participating in review sessions, learning to use QA tools and frameworks, and supporting basic reporting on test coverage and outcomes. Qualifications
- Foundational understanding of Quality Assurance and Quality Control principles, and willingness to apply them to software testing activities.
- Awareness of Quality Management concepts and Quality Auditing practices, with an interest in learning how they relate to software and IT services.
