Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top IT talent, and working closely with hiring managers to fulfill technical hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment reports and candidate records.

Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.




- Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and major job portals.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and communication skills.
- Robust stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with direct clients.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing, Engineering, Automation, or MES hiring is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
