Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Sales Executive to join our jewellery company. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of jewellery products, excellent communication skills, and experience in achieving sales targets while providing a premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery preferences and requirements.
- Present and explain jewellery collections, designs, materials, pricing, and product features.
- Provide personalized recommendations and styling advice to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve individual and company sales targets.
- Handle high-value sales professionally and confidently.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, new collections, special occasions, and purchases.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales information.
- Support visual merchandising and ensure jewellery displays are attractive and well maintained.
- Coordinate with the team for stock availability, custom orders,



alterations, and deliveries.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure excellent after-sales service.
- Maintain proper security and care while handling valuable jewellery.
- Guide and support junior sales team members when required.
- Stay updated on jewellery trends, new collections, and competitor activities.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget; provide personalized recommendations on metals, gemstones, and designs.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, hallmarking's, and technical specifications (e.g., the 4Cs of diamonds) to educate customers and handle objections.
- Maintain a database of client preferences and important dates (birthdays/anniversaries) to drive repeat business through personalized follow-ups.
- Manage requests for resizing, polishing, and repairs; handle returns or complaints with a skilled and solution-oriented mindset.
