Role Description
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, with a focus on expanding Venivo Sports’ customer base in the activewear and team sports segments. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential clients, generating and qualifying leads, conducting outreach through calls, meetings, and presentations, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers. The role involves managing client accounts,



coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction, and tracking sales performance against targets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thiruvananthapuram, requiring close collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations to drive growth and brand awareness.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a proven ability to identify, pursue, and close opportunities.
- Solid understanding of Business and Account Management, including maintaining client relationships and managing ongoing engagements.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present solutions clearly and negotiate effectively.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, preferably in apparel, sports, or e-commerce sectors.
