Wock Oliver is a leading company in the water and wastewater treatment industry. We design, supply, install, and commission complete treatment plants across municipalities, industry, and residential sectors.

This role is based at our new Bangalore office, which we are setting up now. You would be joining early and helping build the team, so expect a rapid-moving environment where you help shape how things are done.

About the Role

Run the day-to-day operations and keep the business moving. You coordinate the team, get proposals out, manage procurement and receivables, arrange travel, and support the sales team. A broad, hands-on role with a lot of ownership.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations across the business and keep work moving to deadlines.
- Coordinate tasks, work delegation, and follow-ups across the team (ClickUp or similar).
- Produce and compile proposals and quotations.
- Call existing clients for follow-ups and account management.
- Manage accounts receivable: track outstanding payments and follow up to collect them.
- Handle procurement:



purchase orders, supplier coordination, and follow-ups.
- Support HR and general administrative processes.
- Book travel and tickets for the team.
- Provide basic support to the sales team.
- Coordinate with employees, vendors, and clients to keep projects and tasks on track.
- Help improve and document internal systems and processes.
- Take on operational tasks across the business that fall outside other roles.

What We Are Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in operations, administration, or coordination, ideally in an engineering, EPC, manufacturing, or project-based business.
- Strong organization, multitasking, and follow-through across a broad remit.
- Comfortable producing proposals and business documents.
- Confident on the phone for client follow-ups and account management.
- Experience with accounts receivable, payment follow-ups, and basic accounts.
