We are seeking a talented and motivated Backend Java Developer with 3 to 4 years of experience to join our growing team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This is a new role created to address the business need for a reliable, scalable, and high-performing backend system that supports application functionality and growth. This role will be instrumental in building robust APIs, managing data efficiently, and ensuring code quality, ultimately enabling the business to deliver stable digital products, improve user experience, and scale efficiently with modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and APIs using Java.
- Implement business logic, data models, and algorithms to support application features and functionality.
- Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of backend systems.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Debug and resolve issues and bugs identified through testing and user feedback.




- Collaborate with the QA team to develop and execute test cases and ensure application quality.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in backend development.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Qualifications Skills Required:
- 3 to 4 years of experience in backend Java development.
- Proficiency in Java and its ecosystem.
- Experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Solid understanding of database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- Familiarity with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC).
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Understanding of software development best practices, including testing and CI/C
