Job Description
The key responsibilities are -
- Lead the expansion and market presence of the Bengaluru office and the broader Southern region.
- Scale the Data & Digital Strategy practice with a focus on AI, cloud, data, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Drive business development by building strong relationships across government, technology, GCC, and enterprise ecosystems.
- Own end-to-end responsibility for winning, delivering,



and growing strategic consulting engagements.
- Develop and commercialize innovative public-private sector advisory offerings and growth opportunities.
- Build a sustainable revenue pipeline and secure high-impact, marquee client engagements across the South
- Recruit, mentor, and strengthen high-performing regional teams while establishing a scalable consulting practice

The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have -
- Atleast 15+ years of experience in consulting and industry, with focus on data/digital and experience in the GCC domain
- A strong and well-established network across Southern India, spanning government, technology, GCC, and enterprise ecosystems.
- Deep expertise in digital transformation, including AI/ML, cloud, data, platforms, and emerging technologies.
- A proven track record of building and scaling businesses, practices, regions, or offices from the ground up.
