with 9–10 years of expertise in sourcing and supplier management across
Steel Fabrication, Machined Components, and Electrical Commodities & Mechanical Categories
. The role requires strong technical and commercial acumen in
Supplier Development, New Product Development (NPD), Zero-Based Costing (ZBC), Value Engineering (VE), Localization, and Strategic Sourcing
.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Category Management
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Steel Fabrication, Precision Machining, and Electrical & Mechanical Categories.
- Manage end-to-end sourcing activities including supplier identification, RFQs, techno-commercial evaluations, negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Drive supplier consolidation and rationalization initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor commodity market trends, raw material indices, and supply risks to support sourcing decisions.

Supplier Development & Management
- Identify, qualify, and develop suppliers to meet organizational quality, cost, delivery, and capacity requirements.
