Role & responsibilities:
- Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, release priorities, and strategy with a focus on AI-driven solutions
- Analyze business requirements and identify where and how AI/ML, LLMs, or predictive analytics can be leveraged to deliver optimal solutions.
- Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
- Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with engineering, QA, UX/UI, and business stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, review, and other Agile ceremonies as required.
- Collect and analyze customer, market, and operational feedback to guide product decisions.
- Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term product strategy.
- Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements for usability, efficiency, and business outcomes.
- Support release planning, change management, user adoption, and post-release evaluation.





Act as the primary decision-maker for product scope and prioritization within assigned initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of product management or product ownership experience
- Solid technical background with ability to understand and communicate technical constraints and possibilities
- Experience with cloud platforms and AI services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or similar)
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Hands-on experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments.
- Strong understanding of user story writing, backlog management, and sprint planning.
