The Legal Executive will be responsible for handling legal documentation, title due diligence, regulatory compliance, contract management, and litigation support related to real estate projects. The role involves coordinating with government authorities, external legal counsel, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of property transactions and compliance with applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct title verification and legal due diligence of land and property documents.
- Review, draft, and vet legal documents including Sale Agreements, Sale Deeds, Lease Agreements, Development Agreements, Joint Development Agreements (JDAs), Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), Power of Attorney (POA), and other property-related contracts.
- Coordinate with advocates, registration offices, revenue authorities, and government departments for legal matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable real estate laws, land regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Handle registration of property documents and monitor related legal formalities.
- Assist in obtaining legal approvals,



permissions, and clearances for real estate projects.
- Maintain legal records, agreements, title documents, and case files.
- Support litigation management by coordinating with external counsel, preparing case documents, and tracking court matters.
- Provide legal advice to business, sales, finance, and project teams on property-related issues.
- Identify legal risks and recommend practical solutions to minimize exposure.
- Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and ensure organizational compliance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
- Enrollment with the Bar Council is preferred.
- Additional certifications in real estate law or property law are an advantage.

- 2–5 years of experience in legal functions within the real estate, construction, infrastructure, or property development sector.
