Role Description
The Virtual Accounts Support Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirupati, responsible for providing end-to-end support for client accounts and related digital solutions.



The role involves handling customer queries, coordinating with internal technical and operations teams, tracking issue resolution, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and account status. Daily activities include monitoring account performance, preparing basic reports, following up on open tickets, and ensuring timely communication with clients through phone, email, and online platforms. The executive will assist in onboarding new clients, explaining product features, gathering requirements, and supporting billing or documentation processes as needed. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, attention to detail, and consistent adherence to company service standards and data privacy guidelines.
