Role Description
The Technical Sales Engineer role is a full time, hybrid position based in Trivandrum, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. In this role, the Technical Sales Engineer will engage with clients to understand their project requirements, present suitable waterproofing and construction solutions, and prepare technical proposals and quotations.



Daily tasks include conducting product demonstrations, providing technical guidance during pre- and post-sales activities, and coordinating with internal engineering and operations teams to ensure accurate solution delivery. The Technical Sales Engineer will also respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot product-related issues, and maintain long-term relationships through regular follow-ups. Ongoing responsibilities include tracking sales pipelines, contributing to market feedback, and supporting training and documentation efforts for clients and colleagues.

Qualifications
- Strong Technical Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and close opportunities effectively.
- Experience in Sales Engineering and Technical Sales, including solution-based selling for construction or industrial products.
- Proficiency in Technical Support, with the capability to address product queries, troubleshoot issues
