Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and goal-driven Business Development Executive with a strong

background in IT hardware and software sales. The ideal candidate will have experience working

with OEMs, national distributors, and regional resellers, and should be well-versed in navigating

B2B and government/enterprise sales cycles. This role requires relationship management, lead

generation, strategic account handling, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and

revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

>Identify and develop new business opportunities across hardware (devices, infrastructure) and

software (MDM, SaaS, endpoint security) verticals.

>Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting, proposing, negotiating, and closing deals.

>Collaborate with channel teams to onboard new partners and activate the right distribution

strategy.

>Prepare and deliver tailored sales pitches, proposals,



and solutions to clients in enterprise and

government sectors.

>Work with pre-sales and support teams to ensure proper handoff and client satisfaction.

>Analyze market trends and competitors to refine GTM strategies.

>This role requires regular travel for client meetings, partner visits, and industry events.

>Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

>Minimum 4 years of experience in IT hardware/software sales or business development (OEM

exposure preferred).

>Strong understanding of channel sales models and partner ecosystems.

>Familiarity with government, healthcare, manufacturing, and education verticals is a plus.

>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

>Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.

>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or other hardware-related disciplines,
