Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Business Executives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Strategically promote our dermatological product range within the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement monthly doctor visit plans for all team members and ensure effective execution through regular reviews and follow-ups.
- Identify and develop current business opportunities by targeting potential Dermatologists.
- Maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), especially Dermatologists,



to ensure consistent prescriptions.
- Oversee sales operations and monitor stock availability in the assigned area.
- Supervise and support team activities including fieldwork, client meetings, and product detailing.
- Ensure daily reporting and performance tracking of the sales team.
- Plan and execute promotional activities in coordination with the marketing team.

Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the dermatology segment.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong team management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field.
