Roles and Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot and repair UPS systems, including batteries, chargers, and control panels.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts to ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.
- Provide technical support to customers via phone or email regarding UPS-related queries.
Job Requirements :
- 3-9 years of experience in service engineering or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of service operations and troubleshooting techniques for UPS systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the workday.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
