Role & responsibilities
- Robust hands-on experience in Dynatrace Administration & Implementation
- Expertise in Application Performance Monitoring (APM)
- Experience in AIOps, Infrastructure Monitoring, and Observability
- Hands-on experience in Davis AI, implementation, integration, and managed services
- Experience in OneAgent Installation and Deployment
- Strong knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, Performance Tuning, and Alert Management
- Experience monitoring Cloud and Enterprise Applications
- Ability to independently support Critical Production Environments
- Experience handling L2 Support Activities on Dynatrace and other APM tools
- Dynatrace Associate Certification (Mandatory)
- Domain expertise with exposure to the latest Monitoring Tools and SaaS Managed Services (Mandatory)

10-15 yrs of relevant work experience.
