Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical Design & Development: Lead the design and development of advanced electrical

systems, ensuring innovation, reliability, and scalability.

• Costing & Optimization: Drive cost analysis and value engineering to ensure competitive product

pricing without compromising quality or performance.

• Failure Analysis: Oversee root cause investigations and corrective actions for product failures,

ensuring continuous improvement.

• Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to international compliance and certification

standards (IEC, ISO, CE, IEEE,UL,CSA etc.) across all R&D; projects.

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including

leadership, cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers.

• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing R&D; team,



fostering innovation

and accountability.

• IoT & Digital Integration: Drive integration of IoT and digital technologies into products, enabling

smart, connected solutions.

• Technology Leadership: Stay updated on global technology trends, applying them to enhance

product competitiveness and business growth.

• Project & Resource Management: Oversee budgets, resources, and timelines to deliver R&D;

projects effectively.

• Represent R&D; in management reviews, customer interactions, and product strategy

discussions.

• Build and mentor a solid technical leadership pipeline within the R&D; team.
