Job Summary:
As aCustomer Support Associate, your primary responsibility will be to handle outbound calls,
provide information, address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive
customer experience. We are looking for multi-lingual candidates to join our organization
and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle Outbound Calls: Call customers of Karnataka Bank Limited who




have accounts in KBL in Dormant State.
•
Customer Assistance: Assist the Customers in reactivating the dormant
accounts. Acknowledge customer issues, complaints, and concerns in a
skilled manner and guide them to the POC.

Information Confirmation: Confirmnecessary information fromcustomers to
process requests, update records, and escalate issues when required.
Maintain Records: Document call details, interactions, and actions taken in the
company's CRM system.
FollowProcedures: Adhereto company guidelines and procedures for handlingcalls
and managing customer interactions.
FeedbackCollection: Obtainand documentcustomerfeedback to improveservice
quality and report any recurring issues.
Team Collaboration: Work withteammembers andsupervisors to meetperformance
goals and improve service delivery.
