JD- Ruby Rails developer
- Design, develop, and maintain Ruby on Rails applications
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Ruby code
- Build robust APIs and backend services
- Optimize application performance and scalability
- Implement security and data protection best practices
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX designers, and frontend teams
- Integrate third-party services and APIs
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
Required skills
- Strong proficiency in Ruby and Ruby on Rails
- Solid understanding of MVC architecture
- Valuable knowledge of RESTful API design
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
