Role Description
The Personal Assistant to Director is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad, supporting the Director in daily operations and decision-making. Responsibilities include managing the Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings, organizing travel and logistics,



and preparing agendas and meeting minutes. The role involves handling correspondence, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and maintaining organized records and files. The Personal Assistant will assist with follow-ups on key tasks, prepare basic reports and presentations, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. This position requires a proactive approach, discretion when dealing with confidential information, and the ability to prioritize multiple assignments.

Qualifications
