Role Description
The Project Manager Retail Store Development will oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of current retail stores and refurbishment projects for Duroflex. This full-time,



on-site role based in Bengaluru involves coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, architects, and contractors to ensure stores are designed and built according to brand standards, timelines, and budgets. The role includes managing project schedules, monitoring site progress, resolving on-ground issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality guidelines. The Project Manager will track costs, prepare status reports, and support store opening readiness in collaboration with retail operations, marketing, and visual merchandising. This position also contributes to process improvements and standardization of store development practices to support Duroflex’s growing retail network.

Qualifications
- Experience in project management for retail store development, construction, or interior fit-outs, with strong skills in planning, coordination, and execution.
- Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and vendor management, including negotiating contract
