Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Retail & Commercial Leasing Executive to join our Commercial Leasing team. This role offers an chance to work on malls, high-street retail, commercial spaces, and shop leasing across Noida, Gurgaon, Delhi, and Greater Noida.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end leasing of retail and commercial properties, including malls, high-street locations, and shops.
- Generate and convert leasing opportunities through business development and market networking.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with developers, landlords, tenants, retailers,



and brands.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and lease negotiations.
- Perform market research, rental benchmarking, and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate lease documentation and ensure smooth transaction execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide an excellent client experience.
- Maintain accurate leasing records and CRM updates.
- Achieve individual and team leasing targets.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Postgraduate qualification preferred but not mandatory).
- 2–8 years of experience in Retail Leasing, Commercial Leasing, or Commercial Real Estate.
- Strong knowledge of the Noida, Gurgaon, Delhi, and Greater Noida commercial property markets.
- Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple leasing assignments simultaneously.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
