Role Description
The Consulting Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Vishakhapatnam. This role leads and delivers client engagements,



from problem definition and solution design to implementation planning and performance tracking. The Consulting Manager will manage project teams, coordinate with independent consultants from the StrategyConnect network, and ensure that deliverables meet client expectations on quality, timelines, and impact. Responsibilities include conducting market and industry analyses, developing strategic recommendations, preparing client-ready presentations and reports, and facilitating stakeholder workshops. The role also involves supporting business development, contributing to proposal creation, strengthening client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams on improving methodologies and integrating tools such as Marvin into consulting workflows.
