Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Team Leads to manage and drive the performance of a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) while actively contributing to business growth. This is a playing captain role, requiring the incumbent to achieve individual business targets alongside leading and mentoring the team.

Key Responsibilities:

1.



Individual Business Development (Playing Captain)· Generate individual business by acquiring and managing HNI, UHNI, and Family Office clients. · Drive AUM growth across Mutual Funds, PMS, and AIF products. · Achieve individual revenue and business targets. · Leverage an existing client network to expand business opportunities.

2. Team Leadership & Performance Management· Lead and mentor a team of Relationship Managers. · Set and monitor targets for: o AUM (Mutual Funds, PMS & AIF) o Revenue o Client onboarding o Broker onboarding and activation · Review daily and weekly performance metrics. · Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews.

3. Product Distribution- Drive distribution of a wide range of investment solutions, including:· Mutual Funds · PMS & AIF · Fractional Real Estate · Global Real Estate · Startup Investments, Unlisted Shares & Pre-IPO Opportunities · Insurance Solutions
