Job Description:
- Handle customer queries through Email and Chat.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customers.
- Maintain high-quality customer service standards.
- Update customer information in the system.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.
- Good written and verbal English communication is mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills are required.
- Freshers with good English communication can also apply.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
