Job Description

AMN Immigration Inc. is looking for an Immigration Application Coordinator to help with Canadian immigration files.

The candidate should be organized, responsible, and comfortable working with documents, emails, and client information.

Previous immigration experience is an asset, but it is not mandatory.

Job Duties
- Collect documents and information from clients.
- Check documents for missing details, signatures, dates, and errors.
- Help fill out Canadian immigration forms.
- Prepare document checklists for clients.
- Send emails and follow up with clients for pending documents.
- Arrange and save client documents in proper folders.
- Prepare simple letters, emails, cover letters, and file notes.
- Update case trackers and client records.
- Keep track of deadlines and document expiry dates.
- Help prepare visitor visa, study permit,



work permit, permanent residence, family sponsorship, and other immigration applications.
- Check information from official IRCC websites when required.
- Inform the senior team about missing documents or problems in a file.
- Keep all client information private and confidential.
- Complete other office and immigration-related tasks as assigned.

Education and Skills
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and PDF files.
- Good typing and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage more than one file at a time.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Previous experience in immigration, visa processing, legal work, administration, or customer service is an asset.
