Application Support & Maintenance – US Healthcare Provider

We are looking for an experienced
Application Support & Maintenance Engineer
to support a leading
US-based Healthcare Provider
. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in
Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Patient Access applications, Incident Management, and L2/L3 Application Support
.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide
L2/L3 support
for healthcare COTS applications.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents while ensuring SLA compliance.
- Perform
Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
for recurring application issues.
- Monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs.
- Support application maintenance, patch validation, upgrades, and release management.
- Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors for issue resolution.
- Maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and audit records.




- Ensure compliance with
HIPAA
, security, and healthcare data privacy standards.

Required Skills
- Experience supporting
Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
applications.
- Strong understanding of
Patient Registration, Perks Verification, and Pre-Service
processes.
- Knowledge of
Eligibility Transactions (270/271)
and Coverage Discovery.
- Experience supporting
Payment Systems, PCI-compliant workflows, and Reconciliation
.
- Troubleshooting experience with
Patient Check-in Kiosks, Patient Identification Devices, and Self-Service Tools
.
- Experience with
Document Scanning & Indexing
solutions.
- Knowledge of integrations between
Patient Access Systems, EMR, Billing, Scheduling, and Financial Systems
.
- Hands-on experience with
HealthQuest, PatientSecure, WorldView
, or similar Patient Access applications.
