About SITH Infotech

SITH is a Mumbai-based creative and technology agency delivering website design, digital marketing, branding, graphic design, mobile apps, and automation. We've partnered with brands like IBM, TCS, Accenture, and NatWest, and we're scaling across multiple client divisions. As we grow, we're building a dedicated business development team to drive new business across our portfolio.

The Role

We're hiring
two Business Development Executives

to join SITH Infotech and own new-business growth across our project divisions. This is a hunter role for people who love opening doors, building relationships, and closing deals — with the discipline to follow up relentlessly and the hunger to earn through commission.

You'll eventually support business development across all of SITH's active divisions (6+ projects). To start, your focus will be on the two priority accounts below.

Current Focus — Priority Divisions

1. Agency Sales — SITH Infotech

•

Sell website,



branding, digital marketing, app, and automation projects to businesses across India.

•

Own the full sales cycle — prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close.

2. Fundraising & CSR — Sarvamangal Education Trust

•

Drive donor and corporate CSR partnerships for our nonprofit education division (80G + 12A certified).

•

Build relationships with HNIs and corporate CSR heads, leading with cause and impact.

Key Responsibilities

•

Generate and qualify current leads through cold calls, LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp outreach.

•

Book and run discovery calls to understand each prospect's needs before pitching.

•

Send clean, tailored proposals within 24 hours of every discovery call.

•

Follow up consistently until a decision — adding value at every touchpoint.

•

Maintain a disciplined daily pipeline (CRM/Excel) with the next action on every lead.

•
