Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru South. The Sales Executive will engage with prospective and existing laboratory clients to understand their needs, present Labsmart’s solutions, and support them through the onboarding process. Daily responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, following up on leads,



maintaining relationships with current customers, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing satisfaction. The role also involves managing basic account-related activities, documenting interactions and sales progress, and contributing feedback to improve sales processes and product offerings. Fresh graduates in BBA, BCom, or BA will receive guidance and training to develop their sales and customer-facing skills.

Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Business Development skills, with an interest in building relationships and achieving measurable targets.
- Ability to provide effective Customer support to laboratory clients.
- Clear and confident Communication skills, including active listening and professional presentation abilities.
