Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Visa Manager to lead our visa operations and ensure seamless processing of student visa applications. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of visa documentation, embassy procedures, compliance requirements, and team management. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain high visa success rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete student visa application process from documentation to visa approval.
- Lead and supervise the visa processing team to ensure timely and accurate application submissions.
- Review and verify visa documents for accuracy and compliance with embassy and immigration requirements.
- Stay updated on changing visa regulations, immigration policies, and embassy guidelines for multiple destinations.
- Coordinate with counselors, admission officers, universities, embassies, and VFS centers to ensure smooth processing.
- Handle complex visa cases and provide guidance on documentation and interview preparation.
- Monitor visa timelines and maintain high standards of service quality and compliance.
- Conduct training sessions for the visa team on updated visa policies and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports on visa applications, approvals, refusals, and pending cases.
