Role & responsibilities :
I/O testing & hardware configuration
Shop floor testing, trials & system proving
FAT execution and in office support
Prepare System Functional Logic Flow, System Interlock, System Alarms, 3rd party Signal exchange documents
Hardcore software development
Software standardization
Lead and support the team through successful FAT & SAT closure
Shop floor testing, trials & system proving
Onsite customer interaction, as required
Preferred candidate profile:
PLC/HMI/SCADA: Rockwell (Allen-Bradley), Siemens, Mitsubishi
Robotics: ABB, Fanuc, Yaskawa
Vision System: Cognex, Sick, Banner, Leuze
VFD/Servo: Rockwell, Siemens, Festo, SEW, Parker, Lenze, Rexroth
Software Skills: Ladder, FBD, STL, AOI, Faceplate, Global Object, Reporting, SQL, PlantPax Library, Customized
Function Blocks
Willingness to travel domestic and international for site commissioning
