Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Associate - Renewals (BDA - Renewals) in the Sales Profile. As a BDA specializing in renewals, your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing customer accounts to ensure timely subscription renewals, engaging with existing customers to enhance satisfaction,
and addressing their queries or concerns. You will collaborate with the sales and support teams to execute tailored retention strategies, understand customer needs, and build long-term relationships to drive customer loyalty and business growth.
