Key Responsibilities

Platform Development
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Configure and customize forms, workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, script includes, and ACLs.
- Develop scoped applications using ServiceNow App Engine.
- Implement platform best practices and coding standards.

IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Configure and support Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog modules.
- Develop catalog items, record producers, workflows, and approval processes.
- Enhance service management processes through automation and optimization.

IT Operations Management (ITOM)
- Work with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
- Configure MID Servers and troubleshoot discovery issues.
- Maintain CMDB health, data models, and reconciliation rules.

IT Asset Management (ITAM)
- Implement and support Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).
- Configure lifecycle workflows,



software normalization, and license compliance processes.
- Integrate asset data from multiple enterprise sources.

Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD)
- Develop HR workflows, employee service centers, and lifecycle events.
- Configure HR case management and knowledge management solutions.
- Automate employee onboarding, offboarding, and transfer processes.

Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Configure customer service processes and case management solutions.
- Develop integrations with customer-facing systems.
- Implement self-service capabilities and customer portals.

Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC/IRM)
- Configure policy, risk, control, and compliance management processes.
- Develop workflows for audits, assessments, and remediation activities.
- Generate compliance and risk dashboards and reports.

Service Portal & Employee Center
- Develop and customize widgets, pages, themes, and portal components.
