Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South for a Sales Manager at Sobha Ltd. The Sales Manager will be tasked with driving sales growth by managing and overseeing the sales team, developing effective strategies to meet targets, and building strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities,



negotiating contracts, conducting market research, and providing outstanding customer service. The role also involves preparing accurate sales reports, monitoring market trends, and ensuring compliance with company policies and goals.

Qualifications
- Robust sales, business development, and relationship management skills
- Experience in market research, negotiation, and understanding of sales analytics
- Effective team leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM systems and general sales tools
- Prior experience in the real estate sector is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
