Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth by acquiring new clients, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding the company's presence in the HR Consulting, Recruitment, Skill Development, Government Projects, CSR, and Education sectors. The ideal candidate should have a solid network, excellent negotiation skills,



and proven experience in B2B sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across Corporate, Government, CSR, NGO, and Educational sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close high-value business opportunities.
- Prepare business proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, technical presentations, and commercial quotations.
- Explore opportunities in Government tenders, GeM portal, CSR partnerships, and institutional collaborations.
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, Finance, and Project teams for seamless project execution.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
