Role Description
The Sales and Operations Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The intern will support the sales team by assisting with client inquiries, preparing proposals, maintaining customer records, and coordinating follow-ups. Day-to-day responsibilities include helping manage showroom interactions, supporting order processing and documentation, and coordinating with design and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.



The intern will also assist in basic data analysis, reporting on sales activities, and participating in product and service training to better understand Arteo’s offerings. This role offers exposure to luxury interiors, sales processes, and operational workflows in a premium design environment.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead follow-up, pipeline tracking, and basic performance reporting.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to quickly learn product details and share accurate information with customers.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and documentation skills, with attention to detail in handling client and order information.
- Comfort with MS Office or similar tools for maint
