- Own and optimize HubSpot Marketing Hub, including building and maintaining emails, workflows, automations, and segmented lists.
- Ensure operational excellence and data hygiene across the marketing database.
- Develop and enforce marketing automation best practices, governance, and QA protocols.
- Design and execute A/B tests to optimize campaign performance and conversion rates.
- Create dashboards and reports to measure campaign success and marketing ROI.
